Cow face is a yoga pose where you grab your hands behind your upper back by passing one arm over your shoulderline and one arm under - https://www.yogajournal.com/poses/cow-face-pose. I can do it with my right arm on top, but I have a good few inches of gap when I try to do it the other way round.
